Ordered a personalized rug for a gift and did not receive it, just a regular rug. When I reached out to seller about getting what I ordered, he said keeping this rug would be the best solution for him and he would pay me a partial payment. I have yet to receive that partial payment and disappointed I am unable to give my teacher friend a personalized rug I had planned on. I will not order from this seller again.
