The comics are .CBR files. To read them on your PC, Mac, phone or tablet, a comic reader program/app is required. I strongly recommend YACReader (for PC, Mac, Android, iOS - https://www.yacreader.com) or SimpleComic (Mac - in the app store). Both of these programs are free and are rated as the best programs by the digital comic reading community.

These graphic novels are remastered for current screen technology, offering sharper visuals and vibrant colors.

While most of the collection is remastered, the following issues remain in their original format as scans of the original graphic novels:

Scanned issues are still of a very high quality and open in comic readers. Unlike other sellers, I’m very transparent about the quality of what you get.

The files are 300dpi so they are of a very high quality. They are large files (up to 24 x 36 inches & A1 size) that can also be printed at a smaller size. My images have been professionally re-sized so that they look amazing when printed at a large scale and are just as sharp and crisp as the original artwork. They are not stretched images from the original comic cover size.

Some of these collections are direct scans of old comics and many of those will include the advertisements and letters pages (Hostess twinkies! X-Ray glasses! etc.). Most comics I sell however, are the newer digitised re-mastered versions which don't feature the old advertisements. For each collection I sell you'll see examples of the pages and in the listing information I always clarify if any issues are scans. Some of the re-mastered versions have the letters page.

Unlike other sellers, I'm a genuine comic nerd, so for each of these comic sets I've put them together in a way that I would want to buy them myself and exactly what a true Marvel comic lover would want. For instance, with Ghost Rider you get all of the series from the 60s to the 90s. Unlike other Etsy sellers, my Ghost Rider set also includes his first appearances in Marvel Premiere. There's a Daredevil collection, but there's also just a Frank Miller Daredevil collection. No other Etsy seller has Doctor Who's first 4 comic run before his own series. Once you've made a purchase, a pdf file will be made available to you that includes a link to my google drive where you can download the files. You can download an issue individually or in folders. You can download them as many times as you want. You don't need your own Google Drive. The average size for a remastered digital comic is usually anywhere between 20 and 50mg, while comics that are scanned versions of the real comics will usually be between 6 and 20mg.
