The customer service was fabulous! The quick shipping was awesome! But after one wash, even delicately handingly and all, it has wrinkles in the image. I was hoping it would be more of a sublimation image on the shirt since its so large...but it appears to be vinyl...so it's just not going to hold up long with many washes. BUT...the image is beautiful and shop owner was so easy to work with!

I'm so sorry you had this experience. I wish you had messaged me before posting the review, as I would have replaced it for you. As mentioned in my shop, I don't do sublimation because it limits options and can only be placed on polyester. However, I would have made an exception to replace it. Did you also wash it inside out on a cold setting? Please consider messaging me before posting a review in the future, as negative reviews can hurt small businesses like mine.
