Would I see the picture before I purchase?
No, you should place the order first. You receive a digital copy of the portrait. If you still feel that is not what you want you get a full refund.
Will I get the paper copy of the portrait/card?
No, you will receive a digital file with a portrait/card. No physical delivery is offered.
What size can I print the file?
The standard size is 12”x16'' for portraits and 5''x7” for cards. You can also ask for a custom size for printing. Please let me know in advance which size is needed and I’ll adjust the file.
How can I download the file?
You can download your digital portrait from the email address you wrote your personalization box.
How long does it take?
Usually, it takes 24 hours to complete but especially in busy seasons(Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) it will take more time and you can see the recent time by readying the last update.
Where can I print the file?
The portraits are made in widely used formats, such as .jpg and .png, so they can be printed at any place convenient. If you have a printer you can print it at home or you can send the finished file to a online printing company you requested.
What do you mean when you say “good quality photo”?
The quality of the photo affects the quality of the portrait. A good photo is a photo where the face doesn’t get blurred when enlarged and where the person is facing the camera. And the size of the file should be at least 100 kb.
Does a pet count as an additional character?
Yes.
Should I send one photo with all people who are supposed to be in the portrait or can I send individual photos?
It can be either group or individual photos. The only requirement is that there must be at least one close up image of each person looking at the camera.
