The seller offered personalized customization in which the seller given me rough drafts to choose from. This entire experience was very professional and transparent. And the rug!! The rug is of excellent quality and the added personalization made me not regret ordering! I absolutely love this rug, and I will be buying more items from this store. Such professionalism!!!
