We accept any and every inquiry & question regarding custom design and personalization. Since we source and create everything in our DC workshop, we are more than happy to assist, advise and help out in any way.

Almost all of our designs can be custom-made with specific details, metal types, colors, gemstones and sizes in-mind. We have created thousands of custom-designs that were either inspired by our own collections or created through the imagination of our clients.

Anything can be made as long as you have the vision and desire for it :)

We strive to provide as much accurate and to-scale photos and details as possible in our descriptions. In order to assist further, please feel free to request anything in order to provide you with the best possible idea of what different jewelry sizes will be like.

We are more than happy to send additional photos, measurements, comparisons, measuring tools and other ways to help you out :)

We send all of our orders with Galt Jewelry branded bags, boxes, wraps, cleaning supplies and overall packaging.

Please let us know if you have any requests with specific gift wrapping instructions.

We do work with a number of other retailers and distribution channels in the US and around the world with a number of our different connections. Please contact us with any questions or inquiries if you have them.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt with our prior written approval. Item must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for worn items. Items must be returned with unremoved tags and in original packaging. If an item is received damaged or we sent the wrong item, please notify the day of receipt with a picture of item. Items must be returned with an un-removed tag and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that we will review and analyze returned goods for any signs of wear, damage and overall condition before accepting them.
