You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades.And we'll make all the necessary changes.Only when you are completely satisfied with your picture, we will send it to you!
▶FRAMING & STRETCHING.
You can choose as you wish from the "Frame Option" section.
If you want a custom frame, contact me. I can find this for you.
►Unstretched: The work is rolled up and transported. Stretch and frame the work after receiving it.
►Stretch: the merchant can provide extension or frame, and the buyer has to pay + frame fee.
Stretched and framed products are safely sent to you in wooden crates. Don't worry about it. The wooden case image I made is included in the product.

The first painting was broken in transport. The seller has redone a second unfortunately the work is sloppy. Traces of paint assembly everywhere, much less paint used to reduce costs and in the end a painting that I will not even hang. All this for the modest sum of €900 since customs duties raise the bill by more than 20%.... In short more than disappointed, I do not recommend

I am very sorry for this bad review you have left in the store. The oil painting you bought was opened by your country's customs by breaking the package. You should have kept a record and received this product while you were receiving it. Thus, I would receive the loss of this order from the cargo company as a refund. But you didn't do that. I also offered to send you a product again. You accepted this. Customs tax on your order is a situation related to your country. Unfortunately, neither I nor Etsy can take any action against it. You stated that you do not like the quality of the product. It was the same quality as the first product I sent you. After seeing it, you could cancel your order and get your refund. I think this review was made purely to defame me.
