La photo que vous partagez montre un autre article qui n’est pas le mien, avec mon produit juste en dessous. Il est pourtant évident que mon travail correspond parfaitement aux dimensions et aux détails annoncés, et qu’il est de qualité. Par souci de satisfaction client, je vous ai même proposé un retour pour remboursement, ce qui montre bien ma bonne foi. Votre note est donc injustifiée et malhonnête vis-à-vis de mon travail. C’est toujours regrettable de faire face à ce genre de situation.
