All hats and fascinators are sent out to you packed in bubble wrap in a sturdy box and marked fragile. I do not provide hat boxes as storage requirements vary. These can be purchased easily online (eg: Amazon) for about £20/30 depending on quality and size 🎁

Please ensure that you store your headpiece in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Ensure the piece is kept in the bubble wrap in a box to prevent any bending of the brim or flattening of the floral details 👒

All headpieces vary in size, ranging from 10cm to 50cm diameter. They are created to fit comfortably on any size head, usually with a headband to secure the piece in the desired way 📐

For extra security, I would advise that long Kirby grips/hair pins (the type used for professional up-dos) are placed along the headband and secured as close to the scalp as possible. Ideally these should aim to be hidden under the florals or hat base and behind the ears. Spritz hair with hairspray before and after pinning. This should ensure that your beautiful statement headpiece is fixed discreetly in place in the desired position for your special day 🤩

Due to the bespoke nature of each design and because every piece is handcrafted from scratch when an order is placed, I do not accept returns. If a bespoke design is requested I take great care to ensure a perfect match is achieved including prior discussions, via Etsy messenger, text, WhatsApp or FaceTime calls. I always send updates with images throughout the entire process and forward pictures of the finished piece before sending out. If you’re unsure about deadlines, colour matches or simply want some advice please don’t hesitate to get in contact, I love chatting through your plans to ensure you are 100% happy 🙂

Depending on workload I will usually create your piece within 2-3 days. I always send out on a next day delivery service. A bespoke or custom order can take more time depending on the complexity of design, but this will be highlighted at the time. If you require a speedy turnaround service this is also available, please just ask ⏰
