1. To inform the client about the progress of the order, on the day it is sent to the post office, I provide a tracking number and attach a photo of the toy and a copy of the customs declaration to this letter. You can track the movement of the parcel on any specialized site that provides such a service or directly on Etsy.
2. For a small surcharge, I can make a toy urgently.
For this, before buying, I propose to discuss this issue in personal correspondence.
I usually answer very quickly at any time.
3. I do not change the design of an individual order after it has begun to be created according to a drawing or image agreed with the customer. It is not possible to change the design of a standard order after payment.
4. The store reserves the right to cancel any order unilaterally if the client uses a discount coupon for a regular customer when placing it without being entitled to such a discount (not being a regular customer of the store).
5. I reserve the right to make toys designed by me as part of an individual order for other customers of the store if it is a character from a famous show or game.
6. I design and make characters according to the customer's sketches only in the form of soft plush toys. I do not accept individual orders from other materials (such as faux fur, fleece or yarn).
7. I do not exchange one toy for another as part of an already placed order.
8. When ordering a toy that may have several options (a different expression on the doll's face or the ability to choose a color), please indicate the desired option. If I do not receive such information, the toy will be made as option #1 indicated on the product photo.
9. If the legislation of the country where the order is sent requires an invoice to be attached to the parcel, which indicates the amount of tax (customs duty) paid by the buyer, I do not process such orders as gifts. And I indicate the necessary financial information in the accompanying documents.
10. After payment, I do not discuss orders in messages not sent from the buyer's account.
11. Once the order has been sent to the post office for further delivery, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, the order can be canceled only after the customer returns such an order back without damage.
12. If for some reason the client was unable to receive his parcel and it was returned, I can send such an order again - but only at the expense of the customer (even if delivery to the country where the customer lives is carried out at the expense of the store) .
13. The store does not provide a warranty on its products if a child/other user or animal cuts, tears, stains or otherwise damages the toy. Such damage may not result in replacement of the product or refund of its price.
14. Any claims regarding incompleteness of the goods and other facts that the toy does not correspond to the advertisement are accepted within three days from the date of receipt of the package by mail by the buyer. After three days from the date of receipt of the parcel, such claims for the return of goods, full or partial refund of funds will not be accepted.
15. When developing and creating an individual order, the client receives photos of the finished product. If necessary, the store will eliminate any defects in the individual order free of charge that the client indicates (within the design approved when placing the order). In this case, the design approved when placing the individual order does not change. Only those defects that the client reported immediately, when agreeing on the finished result, upon receipt of the photos are eliminated. When agreeing on the result, the client must indicate all defects at once. New defects that the client reports a day or later will not be accepted for correction.
16. The store does not show the process of developing and manufacturing the product or its individual parts. Photos of the result are sent to the client after the toy as a whole is created.
17. Patterns and other working materials related to the products placed in the store are not sold. Training in the manufacture of toys presented in the store is not conducted.
18. The store reserves the right to change the design of the toy placed in the store. In this case, the customer who ordered the product is informed via Etsy chat. If the client does not agree with the design change, the order may be cancelled.
