It is definitely not 4x5. It was tarnished. I was surprised it was not polished. I polished it and it looks nice.

Hi Lisa! I do apologize for any confusion. In the listing, I did mention that it needed to be polished. here: “ This picture frame is in great condition. Needs to be polished”. Also, in the photos of the listing, which you can still open to view, it shows the measurements with rulers, in the photos. But again, I do apologize for any confusion.
