The buyer provided the wrong address, the item was refused at that address and the Royal Mail stated they would return to us. Buyer contacted us and we informed them that we would (at our own expense) return to them at the "correct" address if we received the return (we didn't). We did all we were supposed to and would have been happy to return if we had a chance. The feedback is unwarranted.

Very cheap quality, not worth the price. Come in a postal bag so the cap gets crushed as it passes through the letterbox.
