lamentable el trato al cliente! Compré tres láminas a FlorePetit y me cobró 32 € de gastos de envío, en lugar de los 12 que tendría que haberme costado. LLevo una semana enviando mensajes a FlorePetit para reclamar la devolución de los 20€ de más que me ha cobrado y no se ha molestado en contestarme a ninguno de los 3 mensajes que le he enviado. Es intolerable tratar así a tus clientes!! Horrible customer service! I bought three prints from FlorePetit and they charged me €32 for shipping costs, instead of the €12 it should have cost me. I have been sending messages to FlorePetit for a week to claim the return of the €20 extra that they have charged me and they have not bothered to reply to any of the 3 messages that I have sent them. It is intolerable to treat your customers like this!!
