SYLVIE'S SUMMER SUIT
SYLVIE'S SUMMER SUIT

Sylvie's Summer Suit is worked top down in stockinette stitch. An i-cord trim adorns the neckline, and a neck opening along the left raglan line allows enough room for the baby's head when dressing. The neck opening is worked back and forth before the piece is joined in the round to complete the yoke, body, and sleeves. The legs are worked back and forth. Finally, stitches are picked up from the edge of the leg opening to create the double-knit button placket. The button placket and neck opening are finished with small snap fasteners.
